Where to get the theme after paying？

It's easy - after payment, we'll send you an email with a download URL from which you can download the theme.

Will the themes work on my Redmine? 

Our themes are compatible with any Redmine installation with a 4.1+ version up to 5.x.

What should I do if the version is updated after purchase?

When you purchase our themes from the Redmine online-shop, you will receive 6 months of update support. If there is a new version update during this period, you can log in to Redmine online-shop through your user account and download the latest version from the digital download link attached to the order. Yes! In case you are not able to use our customization file included in the theme, we offer support so that you can customize your theme to match your corporate design requirements. We’ll do our very best to resolve any issues you encounter via our support Email. Please take note, that we only offer support for customizing the parameters included in the application.css file, not for the whole theme.
